Brite Pak has always been proud of the service and commitment it delivers to both its employees and customers and this last year has been no exception.

Our dedicated staff ensure all employees work in a positive and safe environment.

Our support staff ensure employee participation in their goal setting and the Team Leaders ensure quality training and support to guarantee the employees have every opportunity to achieve their goals. This dedication to employee service has seen our numbers grow and exceed our allotted government placements.

 

Brite Pak's excellence and dedication is also given to our customers who are fully satisfied that they will always get excellent service and quality and that their product will be delivered on time. This can only happen if the employees are properly trained, supported, prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills. It has been very encouraging to see employees willingly supporting and helping each other to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Our warehouse staff and employees provide an outstanding professional service providing logistics to both the customers and to the production area. The service is outstanding and makes for a smooth tranistion for all.

Brite Pak operates a second site from what is known as the Ericsson Building in Broadmeadows and is used for warehousing and production.

Brite provides traineeships for people who are vocationally disadvantaged and is currently training its forth group in Process Manufacturing Certificate II.
