During the financial downturn, Brite Pak has managed to remain positive and set about completing new training with our employees and ensured that our customer relationships, service and quality remained high.
Because of Brite Pak's attention to their customers and continuous training for employees, Brite Pak has not only survived through the economic crisis, but have come back even stronger. Brite Pak has been able to achieve new customers, high sales and exceed its annual sales budget.
Brite Pak's growth has enabled them to meet requirements and dealines from their customers and have also increased employee levels from 130 to 155, and are looking to increase even more in the future.
With the increase in work, Brite Pak has opened a second site and is used to store, manufacture and dispatch parts to the car industry.
It also undertakes assembly for other customers and has enabled our employees to learn new skills.
Brite Pak has made a concerted effort to expand into new areas and has acquired new equipment including:
Form fill machine to package biscuits, lollies and nuts etc
Ink Jet machine that prints use by dates and best before dates on bags and tins etc
A mixer machine that will blend different ingredients for tea, cereals etc
Due to the success of completed traineeships, Brite Pak will continue to offer traineeships for people who are vocationally disadvantaged to enable people to obtain new skills and contribute to the sense of wellbeing.
